My newest article in the DSI: Disney Scene Investigation series has posted over at Disney World Trivia.com. This time around we take a look at one-time superstar Roger Rabbit and his very distinct presence at the Disney-MGM Studios when in opened in 1989. Included in the article are some especially interesting details surrounding Roger Rabbit's Hollywood, a themed area that eventually went unrealized due to the souring of the relationship between Disney and Steven Spielberg. Take a look!

A sad story indeed.
But with Michael Eisner finally gone from the Disney Company, I can see Roger making at some point in the future.
After all, it was not the overall company that fought with Amblin--it was just Eisner.
There should a new ending to that article, IMO, stating the optimism that Eisner's departure is a good sign of a Roger comeback being more likely now, with Bob Iger already repairing bridges that Eisner burned.
He WILL regain his superstar status, no matter what it takes.
Just trying to bring some positive light to the whole predicament.
I'm a cast member at The Disney Store and we recently recieved a batch of brand new Roger Rabbit t-shirts!
They feature Roger and Jessica against a red brick wall, and come in adult sizes! They are both very well drawn as well.
I couldn't believe we got them in, and some of my co-workers didn't even know who the characters were. I'm not sure if its a sign of a come back or just a fluke but show your support for more Roger stuff and go to The Disney Store and get yours before they're gone!
I really miss Roger Rabbit & Co.
Roger, Jessica, Baby and Benny really make me smile. I want "Who Discovered Roger Rabbit" to be back in production for theaters worldwide, the Roger Rabbit Hollywood themed area for the Walt Disney U.S. and overseas theme parks, more new Roger products, more new Roger shorts and new Disney TV and film projects featuring Roger. Roger Rabbit and the Roger Rabbit characters has a right to be a part of the Disney family of animated toons. Maybe he needs to be free of Amblin Entertainment and let him run loose with Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, Goofy, Pluto and the others.
